Azoospermia is the medical situation and condition of a man not having any measurable level of sperm in the semen. It is connected and related to very low levels fertility. When no sperm in the semen then the condition is known as azoospermia.
Sperm count refers to the ability of fertilization and when the sperm count is below normal (low sperm count) the condition is called as "oligospermia".
Semen is a liquid white or gray. It leaves the urethra (the tube in the male organ through which urine leaves receives the urinary bladder) on ejaculation during the peak more than an orgasm.
The amount of semen:

The amount of ejaculate when there will be more prolonged abstinence. The amount of semen will then be less when there are very frequent ejaculations. If the amount of semen is less than 1.5 ml constantly then the condition is known as hypospermia. If the amount of sperm is more than 6 ml constantly then the condition is unclear as hyperspermia.
Color of semen: The semen is normal gray or white. If the color of semen is yellow or red or pink, suggests that the presence of some pathology in urinogenital system. So the semen of men with red or yellow should immediately seek the advice of the family doctor.
Semen coagulation time and liquefaction:
Passing clots semen immediately after ejaculation. Liquefy again in 5 – 40 minutes. When the semen does not coagulate and then liquefy, then indicates the fertility problems.
Sperm Count: At least should be 20 million sperm per milliliter of semen. The total number Sperm must be only at least $ 40 million. 75% of the sperm should be alive. 30% of sperm should be normal in shape and form. 25% Sperm must swim quickly moving forward.
Causes of low sperm count:
a) infected semen

c) Very frequent semen ejaculation also lead to low sperm count and man may become effectively infertile. Therefore, maintaining a difference of 3 days between two consecutive ejaculations keeps a man more fertile.
